Mal,

who is to blame ?
Does Radcom refuse to publish technical articles to keep more space 
for adds and "fairy tales" ?
Or is there not enough entry of technical articles?

I am closely cooperating with the editor of the UBA magazine 
(CQ-QSO), every time it is a struggle to enough "input" to fill the 
magazine with interesting stuff.
