20 - 25 dB less than power out 200 kW. So 2 kW and a giant antenna are good 
for QRSS QSO at 17 kHz in Europe ;-) 

We should ask to borrow SAQ antenna and try below 9 kHz, in the unassigned 
band ;-)

I've noted the decreasing pitch in 2006, to day the pitch was stable, for me.
