I don't know whether this station is the one mentioned by Ed, but RK2FWA has been active on 136.5 in normal to fast (for LF) CW since mid afternoon today. So far I have only heard D stations calling him.

He is 559 with me, but DJ8WX gave him 599.
<br />
The call sign is not one of those previously listed by Ed.
