Hi All,

Sorry to have to announce that my grabber is inoperative at the moment.

It seems that I have regularly exceeded the daily quota set by the ISP/web
site provider. I have been transparently placed in "restricted service"
which is only allowing about 5 uploads/downloads each day. I expect that it
will take some time for my average to come down sufficient to allow my
regular uploads again.

Also I will have to make the upload file sizes smaller & less regular so as
to keep within this upload limit.

I will post a notice here when all is running normally again.
