Hi Ken,

I have my Mini-Whip mounted with a short length of PVC tube on an1.5 metre
aluminium stand off arm attached to my main steel (100mm square) mast at
about 9 metres high. The coax runs down the mast & about 25 metres into th=
e
house. The coax braid is grounded at the base of the mast were it enters=
 the
garage. I use that for my grabbers (off at the moment due to technical
reasons) & it operates quite well.
