       The WD2XSH stations are NOT authorized to contact amateur stations - 
only other U.S. "X" stations.

        HOWEVER, the WE2XGR stations ARE authorized to QSO foreign amateur 
stations.

        That's because I requested permission to contact amateur stations in 
the license application for WE2XGR whilst the ARRL did not receive nor 
request such permission.
