Info from "The Weekly DX" Vol 9 Number 49 Dec 14, 2009 A9 - BAHRAIN On December 10th Bahrain's Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (TRA) announced a new National Frequency Plan (NFP) on their web-site (www.tra.o= rg.bh). A9 Amateur Radio operators can now operate on 50.0 - 50.5 MHz on a "primar= y and exclusive" basis and from 50.05 - 52 MHz on a secondary basis. They also= received additional frequencies on "136 KHz, 1.8 MHz, 7 MHz, 430 MHz and higher ban= ds" reports EI3IO. Amateur Radio operators from Bahrain can not operate on the= se newly allocated frequencies until their licenses are amended.
