Having not seen any JT9-2 signals I then changed the mode to JT9-1 to see if it was working. Right away I started getting the expected decodes from all around the U.S. It seems to work fine with the lowest reported S/N at -27 which is what I have come to expect from JT9-1. I left it overnight and it is still happily running this morning. It seems stable with one minor exception. When I change the audio input source (which is required when changing bands here), the program often exits without warning. Restarting it and trying again seems to be the solution. This is a minor thing. 73, Paul N1BUG __._,_.___ ________________________________ Posted by: N1BUG ________________________________ Reply via web post * Reply = to sender * Reply to g= roup * = Start a new topic * Messages in this topic (17) Visit Your Group [Yahoo! Hi Rik, all,

I let SlowJT9 monitor MF JT9-2 until 0030z. Having not seen any
JT9-2 signals I then changed the mode to JT9-1 to see if it was
working. Right away I started getting the expected decodes from all
around the U.S. It seems to work fine with the lowest reported S/N
at -27 which is what I have come to expect from JT9-1.

I left it overnight and it is still happily running this morning. It
seems stable with one minor exception. When I change the audio input
source (which is required when changing bands here), the program
often exits without warning. Restarting it and trying again seems to
be the solution. This is a minor thing.

Paul N1BUG
