I've just built 6 of the pre-amps this weekend.  Two are packed to= go=20 to DL and one to Oaklahoma.
 
They are aligned to 136.5 and need a 12 - 14V supply.  =20= It's=20 an assembled and tested PCB.  Cost is =A310.
