Hopefully tomorrow will be a bit calmer and I can key a more worthy note of what I have found and how I seem to have partially addressed it. I just didn't want people thinking I was pig ignorant and ignoring all the very helpful info here and on the other LF forum :) I am RX'ing on my resonant TX antenna into my TS-590 and things seem a lot better and I seem to be hearing in a more sensible manner, possibly because it's a narrow bandwidth antenna? Anyway, more later, thanks again folks!
