     Hello,  I am now finding that I do not get much relevant
     material  for me..      I have  enjoyed and found usefull.  However  I  will reach my

    80 th  birthday  on  2  nd  April  and think that circumstances

   have changed  and reluctantly  wish  to "sign off"
