Such work is not to the large infringement of the Band plan (??) In Russia it is possible to work CW (A1A) from 135.7 up to 137.8 I'll QSY on 136.6kHz after TX in QRSS "NW CW" PSE write down and send wav-files of my CW (I'll write down wav CW also) 73!
