Running wspr at 100 % dut= y , not sure=20 of the power to the Ae as the needle on the po= wer meter=20 is not moving , the first 3 small divisions on= the =20 bird43 are 10 watts , the needle is still inside the = -0- =20 no rx as I have a set of spurs right over the wspr= band =20 at the moment
