I run a G0MRF TX with an external dds synthesizer and get pretty substantial key clicks. Although I haven't implemented it yet, it may be helpful to key the HT supply to the PA with a shaped waveform. There is a circuit for doing this on Dave Pick's website: http://www.wireless.org.uk/circuits2.htm#PSU -- 73 Warren K2ORS/WD2XGJ FN42hi > I have noticed some nasty keying spikes while keying the G0MRF 300 watt > amp with the ZL1BPU exciter.
