That's very useful, and it's surprising how low is the mean power. If it's 7.5kW at 180 pulses/sec., then for example the Lessay chain transmitters, which transmit 119 pulses/sec (8 pulses at 67.31mS intervals), is just 5kW if it was the same size transmitter. The Megapulse information says that the Lessay chain transmitters are 250kW and the Sellia Marina transmitter was 165kW, so that comes back to 7.5kW mean power for the Lessay chain transmitters. The information I got from G0MRF should now tell me how this mean power is spread over the 70-130kHz band, and from there I should be able to make an estimate of the power in each spectral line near 136kHz.
