I think it would be simpler to send 2 speeds CW but the proper packaging of characters would satify both users at one time. I also agree that it would not be as effective as QRSS because of the keying and sidebands but I have been able to see traces on spectran of say 6 WPM when I could not copy it by ear,,.. In this case a character can be seen, certainly it woould be different than the 6 WPM ID. Just a thought Thanks for the response Alan.
