Hi Roger I said it was a quick fudge looks like I lost a factor of 10
somewhere. :-))
Please let me know the page in the Handbook where you found the error. If
Mike has not picked it up I will check it and email him with a correction to
hold for the next edit. It is very difficult spotting erros in equations,
and it is not until you come to use them that it falls out.
