Make sure you are  in the  right  frequency =20 band  for the  speed , or  no  stations  = will =20 decode  you  ,   501.5 is on the  change = over =20 frequency .  stay  with  OP4   as  = 16  is=20 not  giving  good  decodes  at  range.
