Sorry to see that these FET-drivers are not (yet) a widely available
product.
Marek's suggestion of using an ICL7667 isn't an bad idea at all.
 
I know the person I Holland who sells them; but hadn't tought of him in
the first place. (he is rather expensive...........)
 
At the momente I am so unfortunate that I can not afford myself to buy
any expensive parts; so it really has to be a lot of 'junk-box'material to be used.
 
Meanwhile I am searching for old (second-hand?) computer powersupply's
which might contain also sone usefull components.
 
I downloaded several designs now; also the quarter kilowatt amplifier from G0MRF,
which seems to use no driver IC..........
Probably my first experimental 137kHz set-up will be something like the DF3LP
"impatient design", simple straight in the old fashioned way.......
