There are a number of military stations in the 120 to 150kHz range, but my experience is that they generally clash with European staion frequencies. I have remembered that there are other LF transmissions from Halifax NS that used to be swamped by Rugby....I have not checked these since Rugby closed down. I will have to dig out my list.
