Hi Jean Pierre, whats all this about a "season " = for LF DX=20 ?? This seems to be an enduring myth. The only thing is that the storm = noise=20 makes it more uncomfortable to listen in summer, but on quiet nights = there are=20 just as good a signals available, though not for as long, as in = winter. In=20 fact if we are to believe the pundits the Spring Equinox is supposed = to be the=20 best period of the year. I am not personally convinced of that because = it=20 depends much more on the state of geomagnetic activity. Over the = next=20 twelve months as we pass through the solar minimum the LF propagation=20 conditions should remain quite good, exceppt for the shorter nights = and=20 thunderstorm QRM.
