Same doc Stefan but the URL was about 4 chapters later ....also slight=
ly
interesting from VLF angle. I think its a fairly practical doc for the=
 use
of technicians, rather than a theoretical treatise. I had forgotten th=
at
site I found it several year ago but lost the URL.
