Wouldn't call -28 nT a "crash". In the past, that DST level has had no effect on DK7FC 137 kHz. Last 
night  started out at 2200 Z with DK7FC 137 kHz at usual strength but abruptly went downhill from 
there with particularly poor copy overnight. The http://www.n3kl.org/sun/images/noaa_satenv.gif? 
chart shows some 'gyrations' starting around that time. The 
http://www.swpc.noaa.gov/SWN/sw_dials.gif speed and pressure data are missing ... but bet they are 
'disturbed'.

Looks like the 'jello' may have gotten a good shake ... Ionoquake? ;~)
