Nice picture! I doubt if the AC chokes on the left are a big problem. I'm guessing that the rings around the feed line were for coupling an FM or other VHF signal to a transmission line on the tower. They should have no effect on the present issue. I do think that you are coupling into a low resistance though, and will have to transform up to 50 ohms. John Andrews
