Sometimes the fades are even shorter, with stations that are 20 dB over the noise, completely disappearing within 1 minute and coming up again after a few minutes. I also found fading with a much larger cycle time. On an other note, even the ALPHA station on 11.906 kHz is getting stronger after sunset. 73 Roelof Bakker, pa0rdt
