From recent observations on both signals I am satisfied that I can re= ceive both at a satisfactory level for a QSO at between QRS 3 and QRS= 30 depending on condx at the actual time. I will reply xband on eithe= r 137.7 Khz or 502.6 Khz if you can receive satisfactory on those freq= uencies. I do not have a permit for TX on 9 Khz and then I think one= can only TX at a time convenient to the UK Met office.
