After all, the only reason I know of that the CW segment became centered on 136.5kHz was to accomodate the crystal frequency in the Ropex TX. BTW - what sort of QRM do you get? The telegrams themselves only occupy a short time period, so although annoying they wouldn't really prevent operation in themselves.
