The drift was also a bit of a problem because it "stretched" the characters out vertically, making it hard to tell dots and dashes apart visually. But in the end copy was quite good. TX here was 1200W from a "Decca" PA to a 9m high, 40m long inverted L, giving about 5A antenna current and 400mW ERP. RX was Racal RA1792 with loop antenna and Spectrum Lab.
