Hi Yas I am not sure what the exact frequency is at present, perhaps Markus
or Wolf have a better local measurement, but a little bit high of 830 sounds
about right.

It started to show up about one hour before the sunrise.
My question is if DCF39's space freq exactly falls on 138,830.5Hz.
(Maybe my Spec Lab freq accuracy is to 0.05Hz or so.)
