There is a "stop press" message on the SAQ web site (in Swedish only, so I
am not sure about the meaning), but... I just received an e-mail from Carl,
SM5BF, confirming that SAQ will be on the air at 1700utc today, 19th
January. Since he is one of the guys running SAQ, I guess he should know!

I went to SAQ pages and there´s a message telling that the jan 19th test
changed to Feb 2nd.

Is this ok ? I used an online translator but who knows ...
