I have tried looking for these sigs - the problem with 133.1kHz is that it falls within the sidebands of the "Datatrack" beacons operating near that frequency (anybody have any more info on these, like where they are, etc?). 76.2kHz is more promising, but obviously less useful as an indicator for 136k.

Have a look at CFH's twin CKN here on the west coast of Canada.  133.1KHz & 76.2KHz.
