The Kp index is still hovering in the 4s but the NOAA site predicts quiet conditions. The Dst has reached -38 but should rise towards zero by the end of the week (I hope). Steve Dove's site W3EEE shows poor signal levels received from DCF39 last night, but there are promising peaks early and also late in the night. So far this augers well for darkness-path conditions at the weekend when Ed's expedition travels to Vladivostok. Signals received here from Joe VO1NA last night were of good strength (QRSS20) throughout the night (all at "O") even overcoming the remains of my local noise just after midnight.
