LF,

Last night, about 0:40 UTC, VU/DF6NM called me on the phone. He reported
there was rather worse propagation but my signal came out of the QSB
with 15 to 20 dB S/N again. He also watches the TA window (137.777 +-)
and saw some traces to that time, close to 137.780 kHz.

So he asked if a US station or someone near Russia was on air (???).

I was not on the PC to that time and coudn't confirm that. He will ask
later about that happening and did record to that time. Maybe some of
the captures of other grabbers can help to make things clear.
