Yes the conditions have deteriorated slightly. The Kp index rose to 4 late on Saturday, and 5 early today. I think this is ejecta from the C-Class flares a few days ago. Strangely the Dst index "rose" in advance though not by an amount I thought significant...it went from -1 to -14 on the 26th. Life will get a bit more difficuly for me now, as Kyoto Univ have removed their Dst estimates from general view today....hopefully it is only temporary.
