Didn't wake up until 0600z so a late start. Saw Laurie transmitting on 774.4/5 DFCW. His signal is so strong with me that I can monitor it with everthing backed down for monitoring my own transmission (except the antenna is connected to receiver). Laurie only lives about 8 or 10 miles west of me along the coast. Transmitting conditions here good. I managed to get 6.9 amps into the antenna. My signal is 773.8 indicated. Peter
